Napili Village Hotel – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@napilivillagehotel.com.

Standard Reservations

Peak Season (December 15 – April 15)

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation and processing fee per room.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

All Other Dates

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation and processing fee per room.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

No-shows and cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay.

Large Group Reservations

A large group reservation is defined as five (5) or more rooms booked under a single or related reservation.
Large group reservations become non-refundable within 90 days of arrival.
Cancellations outside the 90-day window are subject to a $50 cancellation and processing fee per room.

Extended Stays (30+ Nights)

A 25% deposit is required at booking.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation and processing fee per room.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Processing Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation and credit card processing fee per room.

Late check-out fees and other stay-related charges are governed by the hotel’s Terms & Conditions.
