Reservations & Occupancy

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced:

Mini Studio: Maximum of two (2) adults.
Studio & One-Bedroom Units: Maximum of two (2) adults and up to two (2) children under age 13.

All overnight occupants must be registered with the hotel. Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy may be required to reserve an additional unit for the duration of their stay or may be required to vacate the property without refund.

Roll-away beds or other additional sleeping arrangements do not increase the maximum permitted occupancy of a unit.

Cleaning Policy

Napili Village Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in guest rooms, lanais, or common areas will result in a $350 Smoking Fee.

Guests are expected to leave their accommodations in reasonably clean condition. Rooms requiring cleaning substantially beyond our standard departure housekeeping may be assessed a $200 Excessive Cleaning Fee.

Examples of excessive cleaning include, but are not limited to:

  • Excessive trash or food waste left throughout the unit
  • Bodily fluids requiring specialized sanitation
  • Excessive sand, mud, dirt, or other debris throughout the unit
  • Stains requiring specialized cleaning or treatment
  • Strong odors requiring deodorization
  • Unauthorized pet-related cleaning
  • Glitter, confetti, wax, paint, or similar materials requiring additional labor
  • Any condition requiring significantly more labor than a standard room turnover

The Excessive Cleaning Fee is separate from and in addition to any charges for smoking, property damage, missing items, repairs, replacement of hotel property, or other damages caused during a guest’s stay. Napili Village Hotel reserves the right to assess additional charges when the actual cost of repair, replacement, or restoration exceeds the Excessive Cleaning Fee.

Agreement

By completing a reservation or staying at Napili Village Hotel, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions and the hotel’s Cancellation Policy.
