Reservations and Occupancy

Guests must be at least 18 to make a reservation.

  • Mini Studio: maximum two adults.
  • Studio and One-Bedroom: maximum two adults and two children under 13.

All overnight guests must be registered. Extra beds do not increase occupancy limits. Guests exceeding the limits may need to reserve another unit or leave without refund.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out require management approval and depend on availability. Late check-out may result in a $100 fee, plus applicable taxes, including unauthorized late departures.

Guests arriving outside office hours will receive arrival instructions before check-in.

Housekeeping and Quiet Hours

Housekeeping is provided twice weekly. Additional service is available for a fee.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Cleaning and Damages

Smoking is prohibited in rooms, lanais and common areas. Evidence of smoking will result in a $350 cleaning fee.

Guests must leave their rooms reasonably clean. Excessive cleaning may result in a $200 fee. Examples include excessive trash, bodily fluids, heavy sand or mud, stains, strong odors and unauthorized pet-related cleaning.

Guests are responsible for damage and missing items. Damaged towels or linens incur a $25 replacement charge per item. Cleaning fees are separate from smoking, damage and replacement charges; additional repair or replacement costs may apply.

Keys and Lockouts

Lost keys incur a $45 replacement fee per key. After-hours lockouts may result in a $60 service fee. Guests must not change lockbox codes.

Incidentals Authorization

A valid credit card is required at check-in for a $350 authorization hold per room, per stay. This is not a charge. The hold is released after check-out if no additional charges are due; your card issuer determines when funds become available. Guests remain responsible for charges exceeding the hold.

Cancellation Policy

Our standard 30-day payment and cancellation policy applies year-round. Different terms apply to large groups and management-approved extended stays. Please review our Cancellation Policy before booking.

Agreement

By booking or staying with us, guests agree to the hotel’s Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and house rules. Full policy details are provided in the booking confirmation.
