Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations — All Dates

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is charged at booking and credited toward room charges.
• The balance, including taxes, is automatically charged 30 days before arrival.
• Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival are paid in full at booking and are non-refundable.
• Cancel more than 30 days before arrival: the $100 deposit is forfeited; other payments are refunded.
• Cancel 30 days or less before arrival: the full prepaid total, including taxes and fees, is non-refundable and retained as the cancellation fee.

Large Group Reservations — Five or More Rooms

This applies to five or more rooms booked under a single or related reservation.

• A non-refundable $100-per-room Group Hosting Fee is collected at booking, in addition to room charges. Applicable taxes apply to the hosting fee.
• Room charges and taxes are automatically charged 90 days before arrival. Groups booked 90 days or less before arrival pay in full at booking.
• Cancel more than 90 days before arrival: the hosting fee is retained as the cancellation fee; other payments are refunded.
• Cancel 90 days or less before arrival: the full prepaid total, including taxes and the hosting fee, is non-refundable and retained as the cancellation fee.

If the group stays, the payment covers the hosting fee. It is not credited toward room charges or charged again.

Extended Stays — Longer Than 28 Days

Stays longer than 28 days require management approval and may require a $500 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is credited toward room charges and forfeited if you cancel.

Any special payment and cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before booking. Otherwise, standard reservation payment and cancellation terms apply.

No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations

The full prepaid total, including taxes and fees, is retained as the cancellation fee. No refund is provided, except where required by law.

Additional Information

Deposits and hosting fees already paid are included in the amount retained and are not charged again. Refunds will be provided where required by law.
