What housekeeping services are provided during my stay?
Towel exchange and trash service are provided on a set schedule:
Mauka Building: Mondays & Thursdays
Makai Building: Tuesdays & Fridays
Linen exchange is provided for guests staying five nights or longer.
Full cleaning is always completed between guest stays.

Can I request extra towels or assistance?
Yes. If you need additional towels or assistance outside the scheduled service days, please contact the office during business hours and we’ll do our best to help.
