Reservations & Occupancy

Reservations are available to guests 18 years of age or older. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced for comfort and safety. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may require booking an additional unit or result in removal without refund.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Napili Village Hotel does not operate a 24-hour front desk. Our on-site office is staffed during scheduled daytime hours. Guests arriving outside office hours will receive self check-in instructions prior to arrival. After-hours assistance is available for urgent needs via phone and Ring camera support.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Late Check-Out Fee:

Late departures beyond 11:00 AM may result in a $100 late check-out fee, plus applicable taxes.

Cleaning Policy

Napili Village Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in units, lanais, or common areas will result in a $350 cleaning fee.

Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning or damages beyond normal use. Additional charges may apply for missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items.
